Uns Chocolaterie was founded by Amoolya Ananthramu and Zoheb Sharieef in 2018.

Amoolya,

a quintessential workaholic, had her entire life mapped out for her - until one day, she decided to break the monotony. With a passion to create something of her own, she sought out to become a self-trained chocolatier and traveled the country in pursuit of perfecting her own concoction.

Zoheb,

 for most of his life, took each day as it came. He worked odd jobs at odd hours, with poetry as his only solace. The day Zoheb tasted Amoolya’s chocolates, was the day he found his true calling. His belief in her finally gave Amoolya the courage to follow her heart.

‘Uns’ is the serendipitous magic that brought Amoolya and Zoheb together - and united their purpose. It symbolizes not only the love & passion they have for their chocolates, but also for each other. Through Uns, Amoolya and Zoheb hope to preserve the purity, honesty, and delicate balance of love.
